Stain or metallic?
Stain soaks into the concrete for a mottled, natural look that suits wood beams and stone. Metallic epoxy gives a glossy, modern finish with real depth.
We bring samples of both and test a spot on your slab, because every pour takes color a little differently.
Timing a new build
New slabs need about 28 days to cure before stain or coating. Tell us your build schedule and we will plan around the framers, drywall and trim so the floor is protected until move-in.
